Default Clutch Problem

Was on my way to work yesterday and when pulling up to a stoplight the engine died and could not get to go into gear. I'm just having a little problem trying to decide where the problem is.
The clutch will not disengage completely no matter how far I push the pedal. Bleeding the system did not help and I don't see any leaks. The pedal does feel a little stiff like there's some resistance somewhere. The clutch does not slip at all.
This is a bone stock 2002 Civic EX with 172K miles.
Does these cars or Hondas in general ever had problems with bent clutch release forks?
Would appreciate any ideas or thoughts on the matter.

welcome to the forum. I have an 02 civic coupe, 170k, no problems with my clutch so far. Sounds like you might have a pressure plate problem or you may be correct on the fork might be bent.
