difference between civic sir/vti shafts?

difference between civic sir/vti shafts?

are EE(1988-1991) civic VTi shafts the very same as EF civic SIR Shafts(1988-1991)? Or could anyone tell me how many spilens are on the inner joint of the SIR shaft(inner and outer)?
