I have a jdm 1997 Honda Prelude Sir h22a motor. I was recently driving the car when i ran out of gas. The car ran out on a narrow road, after shutting out i started the car again to get it onto another road which was less congested with traffic. After i started the car with an empty tank, it began to run bad. I got gas to put in the car, but the car still continued to run bad( misfiring on the first cylinder, and not holdin any solid idle). I changed the fuel filter, fuel pump and fuel pump filter. I have also changed the oil and spark plugs. Themotor will run normally while the engine is cold, but when it is warm is when the problem persists(sputtering on the first cylinderand not idling). Anyone with input, feel free to post.

Have you checkout your cylinder sensor and or distributer housing cause those can cause it to miss fire.
