Exclamation engine swaps

hey i have a 89 prelude 2.0 si and i was wondering wat civic year and make could i drop that engine into and wat wireing harness and ecu i would have to put into it with the least amount of money spent and i don't want to do alot of complex stuff. i was thinking a 89 civic and just drop it in but i want to make sure i wont have to change the wireing harness. please help

I really don't know what engines will fit what body styles but this may help

I'm not very familiar with a b20a but if its anything like a b20b I would say any car that comes from the factory with a b series dual cam non vtec engine would be easiest, such as an ls integra. It will not fit perfectly. You might have to get a few different engine mount brackets and things like that, but the harness should be pretty close. Are you planning to go vtec?

no in not going v-tec i found out the b20a will not fit in most b series cars because it sits at an 18 degree angle but thank you
