Well basically all Civic have an aftermarket upgrades, you could go for the basic Intake, Header and Exhaust upgrade which will give you around 15 to 20 hp. But if you have the money to spare then again turbo is the way to go.

Aftermarket brands are:

USDM: Skunk, DC Sports & Apexi

JDM: Spoon and Mugen

 

I think it would help to know more like what you are looking to do cause there is allot you can do to make it faster all the way down to removing your interior or cutting all the metal off your ride and putting a fake skin on it also cutting allot of metal off vitreous places even part of the subframe so at what point do you stop at street legal well thats like 500 horse i think not too hard to get that and when all is said and done i dont even know what motor you have if its a 1.8 there is a 2.0 stroker kit ohhh stroker
