GSR rebuild... questions
Hey guys. My roommate was smart enough to put an oil filter on my gsr with the old oil filter seal still on the block so... I'm sure u can guess what happened.
I'm getting ready to rebuild it but I have some questions first. Obvioustly if I have to rebuild, I want to make improvements. If I had the money, id like to throw an BC 2L stroker in it but beibg a UTI student and having student loans makes that purchase near impossible.
SO. I've heard of people using B20 rotating asemblies to make their B18s 2Ls.
1. Can I use the B20 crank paired with the GSR rods to make the block a 2.0 or do I need the rods as well.
2. If I do this conversion, can I still swap out the B16 pistons to get my 11.1 raised compression?
