My 2009 Honda civic si got hydrolocked and I got a new engine put in, now my rpms are bouncing nowhere near as much power. Engine lights on and says 92a00 which is bank 1sensor 2 which I changed but nothing is working. Bought a new cold air intake cause they told me to. Didn't help. Told me to get a new mass air flow sensor, didn't help. Any ideas on what it could be. When I'm stopped it breaths weird and rpms bounce!

 

welcome to the forum.. new engine a factory new, or rebuilt, or used. ico could cause a bouncing idle, if hot egr vlv, need cleaning.
