Honda 2012 CRV GPS navigation

Car GPS navigator display a white screen after opening ， Give me some suggestion for GPS of my CRV?

I have a built in NAV system in one of my vehicles,to tell the truth I would rather use the mobile Garmin,less hassle and you can make changes on the move,not so with the built in.
