Default Left front brake, and clutch clicks

Whenever I push in my clutch I hear 2 clicks. Both of them happen when I push into the clutch, not when I release. I looked at the clutch, and I can feel the click when I touch the rod. I don't know if I may just need oil on the clutch or a new master clutch slave cylinder.

Recently my bearing went bad on my left wheel. So I got a new bearing and had a shop change it out for me since I don't have the tools. A few days later I keep getting clicking noises when I press in the breaks, like something is getting caught on it. I looked under my car, and I can't see anything. What can I do? Please let me know if you need more information!
