Default Need help!!!!!!!!!

I added oil to my honda civic ex 1.6 1993 and added a quart to much. Started the car and went to the gas station not even 5 miles up the road and got gas then my car wouldnt start. I tried to spray starter fluid in the throttle body, it kind of started then didnt do anything. I tried to change the battery and jumped it didnt work. I tried swapping around the relays that didnt work. I checked all the fuses and cleaned the ecu. It acts like it wants to turn over. Also I tried to drain out some of the oil from when i put to much in. What am I doing wrong or what should I be doing? Can someone please help?

welcome to the forum. check for spark, check to see if the fuel pump is pumping, or pressure at the fuel rail.
