Default need help please
I have a 1999 Ek Hatch with a b16 motor recently it has been giving some problems. It started with when you start the car up it dies out if you don’t press the gas as soon as you let go the gas it dies out, now it still does that but when you start going out of a sudden it slows down and when you press the gas it only goes like 10mph no matter how much you press the gas what do I have to do?? I changed the cap, spark plugs, oil filter, air filter,please help

Welcome to the forum,it sounds like a fuel filter to me,check the fuel pressure at the fuel rail also the idel air control valve may come into play here.

bucwheat we changed the fuel filter but didn't check the air control valve
do you know what else it could be?

See if you can borrow a fuel pressure gauge and check the fuel pressure at the fuel rail,the idel air control valves are a little pricy to be swapping out with out just cause.
