New Civic Problem
Hello - this forum may not be for new cars?
But I thought I'd give it a shot anyway.
I have a 2014 Honda Civic that I bought about 45 days ago.
Today the touchscreen is not doing what it usually does. There is an input line, with an area to put in letters or numbers.
It won't do anything else. I've spent a few hours googling it, and can't find anything in the instruction manuals.
There is no reason for this to be happening, the battery was not dead.
I can't reach anyone on the phone at Honda.
Has anyone heard of anything like this? thanks.
