Default Oil help

I have replaced or gotten replaced almost every seal or at least the ones that would make sense too, not necessarily a full reseal. However it still leaks. It is a d17a1 manual trans. I am not wanting to spend much more money on the car as it’s at 295k miles but I was wondering if it would be safe to try 10w30 instead of 5w20 to thicken the oil and prevent more leakage.

It still leaks? Is it burning oil? Or do you see where it is leaking from? Clean area and check every so often to see where leak is.

i wouldn't change the viscosity of the engine oil. I've heard of a couple situations where someone believes it's a good idea and it causes a knock.

i would clean off the engine as well as you can (with degreaser if necessary), put a leak detection dye in the oil, and inspect the engine with a UV light while it runs. check valve cover, timing cover, dipstick seal, rear main seal, headgasket, oil pan, etc.
