Is it possible to fit a K24 from an 06 civic into a 03 civic??

Default Is it possible to fit a K24 from an 06 civic into a 03 civic??

My motor blew and I’m tryna get my car running ASAP. Does anyone know if i can do a motor swap and put a K24 into a 06 civic?? Original motor is 1.8 liter sohc

welcome to the forum. any engine can be changed to any car, but will require modifications and $$$$$$. you're trying to put a 06 si engine 185hp into a 03 stock civic 93hp, mounting/front chassis, exhaust, will need to be changed or mod, the ecu needs to be changed, the wiring harness will need changing, not an easy thing if you are not a full blown mechanic and will take time to do the mods. quickest fix is to put the same engine back in, then min amount of problems at the least cost.
