I had my 2000 civic on front jackstands so both front wheels were in the air. I had the keys in my pocket but I am not 100% sure that the steering wheel was locked. I leaned on the front driver side tire, and both wheels turned, (like I was turning the wheel). Is this normal would this have happened if the steering wheel was locked?
