Are you aware of anything that I can put into the back of my 2017 Civic (hatchback) to cover the carpeting and upholstery so that, if my dog makes a mess in the back, I can just hose it off? Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum. I have one of those also have heavy duty rubber mats that fit the floor area snug in case they pee or poop. Same for the hatch area. Saved me a lot of time from scrubbing and carpet cleaning including seats.
