Good Evening, Ladies and Gents, just figured I'd say my hello's and get my name out there.

Getting ready to buy a Four Door, 94 Civic LX with a rebuilt engine, with a 5 speed transmission that has a few issues.

Simple stuff like a rough engine idle, headlights don't like to come on some times, small things.

But what I'm really wanting it to do is boost it, looking for recommendations, as for what block and head I should put together as well as the turbine, brain box, and other things like that.

Anybody willing to help please, feel free to comment.

Well that's no fun, figured since it's a Honda forum that there would be at least some gearheads.

Sorry,we have a couple good at solving problems but no performance geeks. I pretty much am into American muscle but own and love my two Hondas.

It's all good, I'm sure I can get some help here with the rough idle and the headlights not coming on sometimes.

As far as the rough idle, have you had the cooling system serviced lately, drain and flush or new waterpump anything like that? If so there is most likely air in the system,if not it might be the idle air control valve.
