Default Returning Honda owner

So once my buyback from VW is complete, I was looking to get back in to a Honda. I previously owned a 2007 Civic Si and loved it! Looking at the new Si and hearing reviews has me very apprehensive about getting one, and I refuse to pay the dealer mark up on the Type R. Which leaves me thinking on something like a 2015 Si. What's everyone's consensus on the K24? I personally know very little about the motor or the last gen civics, so I figured I would come here and get some opinions. Feel free to share your likes/dislikes to help a brother out! Thanks in advance

Hey, I'm driving Honda Accord VIII 2009 for a year now and I can definitely recommend it. Besides from minor things it works like a charm and not single major error happened that would cost me over 300$ and I drive quite a lot recently.

K24 Engine Platform is ROCK solid... Lots of mods available for teh Civic Si and the K24 series engines too. IMHO I dont think you could go wrong with that.

Good Luck!

Cheers
