Can the temperature gauge have inaccurate readings from a faulty fuse? The gauge immediately reads heat when the car is started, even in subzero outdoor temps (and climbs rapidly to just below halfway), both Sensor and Thermostat replaced, and the ECR has been ruled out because there are no other issues since-car runs great.
Hope someone can help by giving me an idea of what might be the next place(s) to look?

 

Pretty sure no fuse is going to do that on any vehicle. We are talking about a vehicle of some sort aren't we? Is it a Honda?
