im trying to help a friend of mine get his car going since his sister just totaled his back up car. hes got a 97 civic 2 door with a d-series 5 speed. they had just replaced the motor, 2 motor mounts and clutch about 3 weeks before the tranny went out. you cant move the shifter into any gear. its stuck in the neutral position and will move around a little in all directions but not far enough to engage. i wasnt sure if it might be an easy fix or if it was junked.
