Default What store products to use?

Hi, 2016 Civic owner here. I'm not going to pretend to know anything about cars because i don't. I'd like to learn to eventually change my own oil amongst other things but for now I'd like to start at what products should i buy to keep up maintenance on my vehicle? I had a friend recommend Seafoam as a fuel injector cleaner. I just am wondering what exactly should i pick up and what brand may be best for any general upkeep on my car? (not just fuel injector cleaner) Thanks!

welcome to the forum. only thing I know is if you need trans fluid, it must be Honda only, nothing else. I use mobil 5w 20 synthetic and fram filters. 280k on my Fit, still running good.

Welcome in,Honda has a great liquid wax that is easy on and off,I am a long time user/ believer in Seafoam ,it's great stuff and has helped me with problems from water in fuel to gas gauge problems, interior cleaners made by Mcquiers( not sure of spelling)is the best as well as glass cleaners without ammonia if you have tinted windows.i use a product sold at your local dollar tree called Awesome in a spray bottle that does wonders with tire cleaner .Rubbing alcohol removes tar and sap from trees,as you may have guessed I detail my own cars ,one a show car so if you have any questions I can help with just ask.
