I bought a 93 Accord Wagon from a guy who had a minor front end collision and needed to sell it fast.

-front end collision: damaged hood, light, grill
-looks nice otherwise
-transmission slips
-173k miles

I paid $25 for it. The junkyard offered me $190. I decided to put it on CL for $300.

 

good eye, good buy. . car is hard to get, someone may want to fix it up, price is right

 

The short, depends who you ask. If you go to a dealer, expect $25-$100. Now to someone who loves working on cars, like myself, you may get up to $500. Depends on the market and being patient. Some areas it's better to trade to a dealer (tax reasons) Be patient, put an ad on craigslist and other free classifieds. You may be pleasantly surprised. If you did pay $25 for it, good job. That is one heck of a deal.
