You need to jack the knuckle up.

I can't tell what you are struggling with. Raise and lower until it lines up enough to get a bolt in. Once you have one it is easy.

# Ok i have n,tried strut won't move ss the bolt on the upper ball joint is way off ?? Ill try again

Is the upper part of the strut in the correct mounting holes?

yes it is thank you for replying, should i worry about sway bars ?

Your son must have seen what was wrong and fixed it already??
May just needed to be forced into correct position?
Sway bar? If it was not moved then probably not

The sway bar is connected to the lower control arm. Did you disconnect it? That may be why you are not getting it up in place.
