I have a 2005 Honda accord it stopped running so I changed the starter thinking that was it. The battery was newer but I tested it and it was good as well. It turns out it was an issues with the key fob. Once I started using one of my old keys I was able to start it but then the battery light started coming on. I changed the alternator in hopes that was all it was. It still turns on and the alternator isnt charging the battery. I had it bench tested and it passed. I also in that time span had someone remove the aftermarket security system. I have checked most all of the fuses and that doesn’t seem to be the issue. I’m going through and making sure there isn’t a broken wire from when the person removed the security system. Anyone had any similar issues as to why it is not charging?
