Default Crv alarm

2010 crv alarm goes off intermittently. Might be days until it goes off. Replaced door switches due to interior lights coming on while driving. Front passenger door showed open when lights came on. Replaced both front door switches. Lights haven't come on while driving but the alarm will occasionally go off while the car is parked. Any suggestions?

Hood switches can be a problem.

Look for wires going to the latch area.

Found the hood switch. Went to disconnect it and found a broken connector on the latch side. Looks like I'm shopping for a new hood latch. Thank you for the suggestion.

You need to fix the switch. Unhooked is not going to work.

Ordered a good latch. Got it in and no alarms. Thank you. Never would have figured this one out. I didn't know there was a switch in the hood latch
