2017 CRV all warning lights on / but battery alt ok

Hi. Has anyone experienced all the dash/warning lights all being on all at once? The battery and alternator check out okay. Has anyone heard of another cause & solution?

Scan all modules for codes.
How did you test the battery and alternator?

O'Reilly did the test.

So this thing is running? How is it running?
BTW I do not trust these guys to know what they are doing. Did you get a printed readout of the test? If not, do not trust it.
