Default dead engine?? help

hey guys.. so i have a 95 civic ex sohc vtec.. and theres something wrong with the car? i need help if anyone knows what the problem may be.. heres the issue, the car starts fine, and runs normal, but only when the engine is cold.. once it starts getting warm, for example the temp gauge goes to about half way, then the engine dies right a way.. after it dies, it wont start.. i tried swtiching the map sensor, and will probably try the throttle body, but does anyone know what the problem may be?

If it happens when your radiator fan turns on, it might be:
1) throttle body - as you said; injection in general
2) check the batery charging using multimeter - both in steady (no additional consumers) and active (turn on the lights) mode. If you get arround 14 in steady and much lower in active (under 8), you should change the charger (sorry, I'm not native English speaker, so I can't remember the name of the device in englesh) or at least its coil. It worked for me

Hope you'll fix it soon
