I have a 2016 CRV that when I go down a hill the engine revs to around 3000 rpm's. Once I hit the throttle the rpm's come back down for a few seconds and then revs back up. Just had a Trans flush and have the same issue. Has anyone else heard of this or have the same issue?

 

welcome to the forum. the engine rev is called Honda grade logic. helps to slow down the vehicle down hill.

 

That's nothing to worry about. It knows what it is doing.
