The drag is off and on. I have replaced the axle, rotor,caliper, and brake hose only to have the same brake drag especially at speeds above 55 which is frustrating! I have a 93 honda civic ex. 2 different mechanics and no solution. HELP!

 

welcome to the forum. Have you checked to see if the brake line it's self does not have some restriction in it? possible a metal shaving or minor debri. becareful when you blow it out to not blow fluid on the paint, or into your eye.

 

if its not the previously stated problem your caliper is froze open
