Default IDLE PROBLEM

i have a 94 prelude as u seen b4 in my last forum, i am having a problem with my idle, it tends to want to run with an idle starting at 500 rpm then jump to 3000 rpm it will continually do that until i get the car going. i had i believe it is the idle air control valve cleaned and put back in and that solved the problem for a few months and like i said its back to doin that again. i personally checked the idle senser and it appears to be workin fine and i checked the throttle body. if anyone has any ideas as to what could be the problem other than the idle air control valve or know where this idle air control valve is at because i cant seem to find it. i do know that it is on the throttle body somwhere but jsut dont know exactly what i am lookin for. just let me know. thanks to all help!

corbuston, go to autozone.com, register for free, go to repair an it will tell you the location and how to R & R it is located down stream of the throttle body control.
