Default Integra won’t crank

I have a freshly rebuilt lsv with a gsr head. It was running fine before I took it was rebuilt, I went from an rs shell to a gsr shell. I haven’t been able to make it crank but it has power all the way around, does anyone know that my problem could be? (Sorry if I put this in the wrong section I’m new) if you people need me to be more specific let me know and I’ll try to answer thanks

welcome to the forum. did you check to see that you have clean terminals. check to see if you can turn the crank counter clockwise.

Check to see if engine turns by manually cranking it
If it cranks then check voltage at starter
And also check to make sure there is a ground path for the engine back to battery
