Need help
I have a 97 civic ex with a d16y5 motor just replaced head gasket come to find out head was cracked. Will a y8 head fit and work on my motor is a sohc not vtec. Also my no.4 cylinder is pumping antifreeze can anyone help

welcome to the forum. Are you putting on a vtec head on a non vtec block? will work, may need a ecu to compensate. if #4 cyl is pumping antifreeze, check to see if you have a hair line crack on the sleeve, or the if the head is allowing anti freeze into the cylinder.
