this car has been babied used for commuting to work and back.

oil changes regualrly. I bought this car with 13,000 Km on it last year.


it started making this noise last winter and I have hooked up my code reader and everything is perfect. No codes come up.
and the noise went away.

now again this winter the noise came back again.

it makes the noise in the video and it changes some times and makes a whining noise a bit .

once I get up to highway speed you don’t hear it at all.

can its working amazing with no codes at all, it’s had not been burning oil or anything . It’s just making this noise. Would anyone else know what this is?
