Default Replacing timing belt

I have a 2007 Honda Odyssey Touring with 38,000 miles on it. It is almost 9 years old. It is being parked in my garaged. I only drive it once in a while in the winter time and drive it more often in the summer time. The dealership suggested that I replace the timing belt. Considering the above factors, do I have to replace it now or as soon as possible?

welcome to the forum. I would reccomend changing it due to rubber deteriorates with age. milage is low but years is high. belt change is cheaper then damaged valve train or hole in the piston.
