Part I
Environment and motors

I. Development of motors
The development of the global economy in some recent years has made a large number of motors manufactured as a natural result. Motors can be seen anywhere in a lot of different forms such as motors of Honda, automobile, generator, shipping machines …
This quantity of motors is plentiful, they exist everywhere on Earth. If we don’t care their quantity, that is the gases exhausted from the motors of this kind, it has great influence on the environment.
If these motors are paid considerable attention to, i.e the high quality, they will exhaust less poisonous gases in which CO2 makes up a large portion.
The property of CO2 is not harmful but it is a kind of gases that absorbs heat and keeps it so it causes hot and sunny weather, makes leaves dry and fade. That can cause fire easily.
-A great amount of CO2 is exhausted from the internal combustion engine on Earth if we know how to combine the transform energy of CO2, it will be less hot, sunny and a temperate climate and ecological environment will be created as a result.
Therefore, if CO2 combined with the steam in the environment together with the leave green and sunlight will make up photosynthetic reaction.

That the photosynthetic reaction happens means CO2 has been transformed and O2 has been created.
II. European standard system of exhaust gases
According to the itinerary, in the stage of 2005-2008, our country will set up the quantity standard of exhaust gases complying with the Euro I in the European standard system. This is one of the most advance systems applied worldwide, including China and Southeast Asian Countries.
Europe is the cradle of the world automobile industry because of the first invention on internal combustion engines was born in this continent. The outstanding development of the automobile market in the stage of 1960-1970 and the lesson on the carburetor of 80 citizens of New York in 4 days of upset weather because of the environmental contamination, forced the governments of the European nations set up a program to cut down the exhaust gases of cars in 1970. However, it was not until 1987 that a complete draft on the value of concentration limit of exhaust gases was passed and called Euro 0. After 18 years, 4 more standards were promulgated including: Euro I (1991), Euro II (1996), Euro III (2000) and Euro IV (2005). With each standard established, the limited concentration of exhaust gases is lower than that in the previous standards.

“Radiator exhaust pipe” has been applied on Honda motor 110CC

Type 1: Cars with weight < 1.305kg Source: European Union
Type 2: cars of 130.5kg – 1.760kg
Type 3: cars of > 1360kg

The European standards for each kind of cars, the European system is to apply for all kinds of 4-wheel cars with the petroleum, oil-driven internal combustion engine or that of LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) and is divided according to the functions as tourism cars, cars of high capacity and buses.
III. Usefulness of the internal combustion engines
- The attraction capacity of engines is large if we know how to combine the internal combustion engines in life, they will be of great use for the users and the environment.
- The attraction of the engines is used to filter air in the environment.
1. Manufacture of wind filters (Filter E) of all of kinds of engines for the purpose of dust and toxic gas -consumer in the environment.
This wind filter has at least 3 uses now:
- Filter dust and keep dust inside the filter
- Consume the tonic gases and keep them inside the filter
- Separate N2* from the air into the engine to help to burn fuel in the engine completely.
- Thanks to the standard engines, when fuels burn out, only CO2 is exhausted.
Thus, if all of the above factors are well combined, the time the engine is operated is also the time it becomes useful in life.
2. Fine filtration of fuel before combustion
Fine filtration of fuel before combustion is a task which can be done very easily. We can filter the fuels from the petrochemical plants or create all the filters which can be mounted right on the engines for cleaner fuel.
When the fuels are filtered and become clean, the engines can run better and exhaust cleaner gases into the environment.
3. Combination of CO2 with steam into the environment
An exhaust pipe using water can be manufactured for the purpose of washing the exhaust fumes and supplying the steam with CO2 into the environment to create photosynthetic reaction:

4. Introduction to the exhaust gases filtering parts using water, the exhaust pipe using water
+ Radiator exhaust pipe:
This is the first exhaust pipe studied and taken to test on Hondo engines, the findings show that:
- This pipe is constructed very simply, manufactured very easily and cheaply but brings about a lot of usefulness for the environment as well as the users.
- The body of the exhaust pipe is not hot, the maximum temperature is 500C, which helps the motorbike users avoid accidents related to the exhaust pipes.
- The exhaust gases are exhausted into the environment at the temperature of 400C, which is safe for the environment.
- The gases are dissolved and mixed with water.
- The gases are washed cleanly before being exhausted into the environment.
- It’s possible to be circulated in the water-logged areas thanks to the structural features of the exhaust pipe, water can come into when the exhaust pipe is flooded.
- The steam is provided together with CO2 into the environment, if CO2 goes along with the steam into the environment, the photosynthetic reaction will be created.
When the photosynthetic reaction occurs, CO2 is transformed into energy and create O2 which helps people breathe easier.

If the exhaust pipe “Radiator exhaust pipe” is put into use in life of human kind, lots of green trees must be planted and grown everywhere on Earth. Especially, the growing green trees in the urban areas should be paid great attention to. There are lots of green trees, the solution of energy transformation of CO2 with steam is the best result for the Earth to have a milder climate, reduce the green house effects. At the same time there are more and more glass covers and green trees, the urban areas will become cleaner and more beautiful.
“Radiator exhaust pipe” is the combination of the leaves of green trees with the sunlight.
Part II
Invention production "radiator exhaust pipe "
I. Technique field:
Refer to all exhaust pipes on kinds of internal combustion engines which discard air to environment. (For example Diezel Engine, car, machine, dynamo).
II. Technique status.
Nowadays, on kinds of engine use dry and hot exhaust pipe: therefore, exhaust fume to environment is very hot, attach much dark coal dust which affect to earth temperature and cause pollution to environment. Especially on motorbike, due to high temperature of exhaust fume, temperature of exhaust pipe body is very hot and always cause accident - burned by exhaust pipe.
Due to particularity of engine, exhaust fume run out of, almost of 98% - 100% is CO2 air. This air with temperature absorbed particularity, keep temperature, cause hot and burned, somewhat arise earth temperature, cause greenhouse effect.
So, method of technique invention " radiator exhaust pipe" was invented, this exhaust pipe has technique particularity as follows:
- Reduce temperature of exhaust fume before discarding in environment.
- Reduce temperature of exhaust pipe body to avoid accident by burned by exhaust pipe.
- Can help engine to run flood area
- Filter completely coal dust due to fire period (dark coal dust knead with water and deposit at the bottom in exhaust pipe).
- Dissolve air into water, at that time air charge into water.
- Supply steam attached CO2 to environment on following diagram:

(create photosynthesis period CO2 and verdure).
Q equivalent to 674Kcal/kg.
- CO2 attach steam to environment when meeting green of leaf will create photosynthesis creation and create Oxygen, reduce greenhouse effect.
III. Technique nature of invention
- This is exhaust pipe, completely use and reduce temperature of exhaust fume, wash exhaust fume by physical method.
- Purpose of invention: To replace kinds of exhaust pipe on standard engine.
- Only need manufacture an exhaust pipe, can realize. This is simple exhaust pipe form of design and structure. It suitable to design, sample to all kinds of engine.
Because of simple structure, manufacture is simple and usage is very simple (about materials, water source is very cheap).
* The most important purpose is usage from dry exhaust pipe to water exhaust pipe.
IV. Detail description of drawings: 1A. ( applied on Honda Engine 110cc).
This invention is described on drawing structure "radiator exhaust pipe "
with 6- hold composition and outside radiator.
* From holds (1) to hold (6) have pipes f23 connect holds of drawing.
* Radiator is connected to air pipe through with hold (1) and (4) (See technique drawing)
1. Composition of hold number (1):
Hold No. 1 with structure is a cylinder is welded tight by 2 partitions (a) and (b)
Hold No. 1 contain water hence it is built by rustless steel, at 2 partitions (a) and (b) have hole to exhaust air f23. Input air hole is put sloping 450 comparison with purpose partition to catch exhaust fume on pipe cover and then dip up exhaust fume wind into 2 net aprons a'b' in water.
2. Structure of hold No. 2:
Is a cylinder is welded tight by 2 partitions (b) and (c). Parallel with partition c is a net apron 2c and at the bottom of net aprons c'. At hold (2) has 2 lines to exhaust air f23 on technique drawing.
3. Structure of hold 3:
Is a cylinder is welded tight by 2 partitions (c) and (d).In hold No. 3 has 2 net aprons 3d and at the bottom of net aprons d'
Both of all protect dark coal dust.
4. Structure of hold 4:
Hold 4 is the same hold 1, use to contain water, cylinder with 2 partitions c and d is welded tight, in hold has 2 net aprons x and y. View carefully technique drawing, at partition d has line to exhaust fume f23, is put sloping 450 comparison with partition, water in hold No. 4 flow inside and exhaust pipe f23 outside.
5. Structure of hold No.5 and hold No. 6:
The same to structure of hold No. 2 and No.3
- Hold 5 with net apron e' and net apron 5f.
- Hold 6 with net apron F' and net apron 6g. net aprons with particularity to protect water and dark coal dust and at the bottom of hold 6 with exhaust pipe f23 outside.
* Welding all 6 holds connecting, we have following drawing.
This is also structure of technique core of exhaust pipe radiator.
After finishing connecting core we cover outside one covering (decorate art)
6. Structure of radiator
Radiator is put on exhaust pipe body or press next to exhaust pipe depend on art design but has exhaust fume receiving line (1) and line to pump water into hold 4 which is put at the top of exhaust pipe. This radiator use to contain water, next to above space we set uvula (this uvula use to limit pumping down hold No. 4).
Observe technique drawing 1A we see air go/. Above uvula when exhaust fume is on uvula, will have water due to exhaust fume blow strongly and steam is caused by temperature of exhaust fume cause water in radiator vaporize and on exhaust fume eject into hold No.4.
* In drawing 1(A).
Radiator (7), hold (1) and hold (4) is section to wash exhaust fume.


Structure of section to wash exhaust fume V. describe and prove realizing method on fact.
* Realizing invention
Due to design and structure of exhaust pipe, exhaust fume from engine to environment, must blow 7 times into partitions and wall of exhaust pipe, at each partition and wall of exhaust by metal will absorb temperature of exhaust fume and radiator on each drawer outside. So exhaust fume must go through 6 drawers 1,2,3,4,5,6 and blow into 7 partitions a b c d e f g is a0, b0, c0, d0,e0,f0,g0, therefore temperature of exhaust fume in each drawer will decrease gradually and temperature on exhaust pipe body also humble gradually.
* Combine when pouring water in radiator and hold No. 1 and hold No.4, water will mixture with exhaust fume. At that time temperature of exhaust fume is absorbed by water, will decrease gradually from in to out.
If we measure temperature of 7 partition, we see, each partition will decrease temperature which the partition absorb.
For example realizing invention of exhaust pipe radiator.
Temperature of exhaust fume of Honda Future 110cc engine temperature of exhaust fume from 3500. Air through exhaust pipe radiator to environment is 420C and temperature on exhaust pipe body is 520C. This is result due to test on Honda Future 110cc engine.
And exhaust fume outside attach steam
NO2 mixture with water, go outside only 0,021g/m3. result of test.
Apply Honda Future 110cc engine, consume fuel is that vehicle run 198 km, consume 2,9 liter petrol. Stable engine, engine operate well and don't affect to capacity of engine. Lubricant is rarely broken up by cool-engine.
To sum up, considering scientific side, temperature of exhaust fume is low, when exhaust outside directly it is good to environment.
If exhaust fume - CO2 is attached steam to environment, photosynthesis reaction between green chlorophyll of leaf with sunlight can be realized. If exhaust fume no steam only heat, burned and earth temperature will heat and greenhouse effect doesn't reduce.
VI. Requirement of protective invention.
Protective invention of drawing 1A is design, structure drawing of total exhaust pipe radiator from above structure at that time having operation principle of invention.

Drawing No. 1A chosen to industrial ownership











So all is 6 holds (1,2,3,4,5,6) and water tank 7.
Principle protection decreasing exhaust fume’s temperature by method exhaust fume blows directly in wall, wall prevent heat absorbent and load the heat.
Protection of method ejector steam and water by method using exhaust fume that is structure of water tank No. 7 taking from hold 1 and blow in hold No. 4.
Protection whole of operation process of figure 1A.
Figure 1A is a figure chosen to promulgate.
VII. Further explanation on pipe water tank description.
1. Water make spilled, and the wind blow water into two convection water pillars:
- This two convection water pillars in division No. 1 and division No. 4.
- Part 2 of convection water pillar:
We must observe carefully the design part of fume exhaust pipe of water pillar exhaust pipe in hold No. 1.
Because particularity putting fume eliminating sloping 450 compare with partition so fume letting out blow and bump on pipe wall, because pipe wall prevent exhaust fume so exhaust fume changes direction blow in water surface in hold No. 1.
Hold No. 1 containing water so when exhaust fume blows in water surface immediately making water in hold No. 1 throw up but owning to two net pieces stop water at hold No. 1 is this a’ and b’ so water can create small rays throw up pipe’s wall. So when blowing fume water in hold No. 1 throw up at this time water throw up as rainy.
In process of throwing up water and fume mixed together:
Exhaust fume blows through water in rainy form so not affect capacity of engine.
* Water pillar No. 4 blowing fume like hold No. 1 but in hold No. 4 still have more steam blowing from water tank down add to exhaust fume blow up from water surface at hold No. 4 making water throw up creating two convection currents, so fume one more time washed twice before coming out environment.
2. Reed part and using reed is a simple method easy to implement and cheapest.
Structure of reed is one metal plate put on the water surface in water tank. The reed only welded with two fume lines up and down and around reed must close to ridge of water tank, at the same time not opened too much only close slit sticking on water tank’s wall the smaller controlling water ejecting down hold 4. Structure of reed is temperature of exhaust fume going on the reed making reed hot, water under reed hot will evaporate through slit close to reed with water tank measure in spout (reed) mix to exhaust fume eject in hold No. 4
When exhaust fume get from hold 1 together with steam in water tank. In water tank having blowing wind overflow in water tank making water in tank spill through slit between reed and water tank wall in spout containing (reed) mix with exhaust fume blow in hold No. 4. Hence, exhaust fume mixed to water from hold No. 1 up water tank and eject in hold No. 4 fume cleaned one more time before blowing out environment.
3. Test
Normal exhaust pipes I have not measured but testing in fact if engine of vehicle normally operate about 5 km cause accident of burning pipe (people burned from pipe can reach to some thousand of people burned pipe.
The second put a sport shoes on bottom of exhaust pipe go about 20-30km.
Sole burn and flow to prove the temperature on the tail of exhaust pipe normally about 1500C and above can burn sole of adidat).
According to measurement of invention exhaust pipe temperature of pipe body and temperature of exhaust fume is uneven 100C. Hence, exhaust fume of pipe often eliminate about 1400C (I have not measure normal exhaust pipe but result of burning sole and thousands of people burned pipe).
Temperature of invention pipe measured pipe body 520C. Exhausts fume 420C.
- CO2 also measured but I have not measured CO2 only measure NO2.
CO2 if mixed to water will create precipitate the remaining part go out together with steam under photosynthesis reaction.

According to textbook of environmental science:
So if use water tank in living must develop forest, create green in urban area as developing plant green tree and green grass cover.
If use water tank and green tree CO2 will be transformed power in creating oxy: decreasing greenhouse effect contributes to decrease temperature of the earth.
Now, haven't funds to produce on the market. i hope that everybody support
