Got an issue with vtec. Not sure. I have a Frankenstein build for mi 94' civic. 97' d16y7 bottom end, 93' d16z6 vtec head, 99' ex intake. Have an automatic vtec computer. Don't know the year or identification numbers on it. Problem is I don't think vtec is kickin in or not cuz the computer. Need help
