Owner told me that some wires shorted out and that there was a fire mainly in the tiller that burned some wires and the throttle cable. It is electric start. Don稚 know the year model. I値l see it tomorrow.

Question: does the insides of the tiller handle come as a kit/harness? I知 asking the question blind, so to speak. Just thinking what I could be up against in parts needed, price of parts, and cost of labor if I can稚 repair it myself. Thanks.
