2015 BF60 stops when hot.
Hi,
I am new to this forum, but hopefully someone can help me out.
I have a BF60 with about 190 hours. For some reason the engine cuts out after about 10 minutes of running. Usually starts right up again, but will not rev above 1800rpm until cooled properply down again.
It does not stutter or misfire, just stops like a switch is turned off when throttled above 1800rpm. I assume this is thr limp mode rpm limit.
I have checked compression, ignition, spark, fuel lines, replaced impeller and thermostat. I have also measured the temperature on the heads to be about 60-65 degrees celsius and never over while running. There are no active fault codes and no alarms. It has very good flow of water, which also have been checked with the thermostat cover off and thermostat removed.
Anyone have any ideas as to why engine stops and what to check next?
Thanks in advance!
