Default BF200 Fuel overflow from vapor separator

2006 BF200 leaking fuel from vapor separator tank overflow port.
Low pressure fuel pump replaced last year. New needle vale and VST top with needle valve seat. Doesn’t leak on startup, but after running at higher RPM (4000 or so) for a while and returning to dock, there is a sheen on the water.

Did you figure out your problem??? I'm having the exact same issue on my 2007 BF225. When I run it on the hill it doesn't leak. When I put it in the water and run at high RPM for about ten minutes it starts starving for fuel and I take the cover off and in the back of the engine down low you can see fuel leaking badly. It's not coming from the VST overflow tube and it's not coming from the high pressure filter /o-rind that I already replaced to make sure it was good. Is the overflow port your talking about the small 1/8" tube that's routed from the lower side of the VST then upward to the top and then back down to the lower?
