Default BF225 leaking fuel at back of engine

What would cause a 2007 honda bf225 outboard motor to leak fuel at the back of the motor after it runs at high rpms about 5700 for about ten minutes. Then it starts starving for gas and not running right. I have changed the high pressure filter and O-ring and I can look at that area while its leaking and its not coming from there or the vaper separator tank overflow tube. What really makes it weird is after it sits over night when i crank it up on the hill it doesn't leak. But again like I said after I put it back in the water it runs PERFECT at high rpms 5700 for about ten minutes then it starts leaking again and starving for fuel. I can't see where its coming from. When it starts acting up I can drop the rpms down to 3700 and can make it back home but the FLO meter is saying its 9.1 gallons per hour, so its a bad leak.
Sorry for the long post, just trying to give as much info as possible for help in diagnosing the issue.
Thanks for any input anyone might have
