Default 2023 Honda elite 125 bogging down at higher speeds

Hello,
my 2023 Honda elite loses power briefly at higher speeds. Having issues (language) with manuals online. Trying to determine if I have a fuel filter and if so where it’s located. I have thought that maybe I have a fuel injector issue and should run some cleaner through the fuel system?
Any insight would be appreciated!

Take fuel pressure and test under load.
Is the exhaust restricted at all?

2023 Honda Elite 125? Not here in the United States. I have a 1984 Honda Elite 125 still riding here, liquid cooled engine as well. 2010 Honda stopped production of Elite scooters at least here in the US. Brazil and India are the only places I see the new Elite available with air cooling. Shame Honda doesn't dig up the specs and reproduce the liquid cooled engine for them or the Elite 150. Would be very welcomed back here in the States.
