Anyone have good instructions on the best way to remove and replace the center stand on a 2009 Metropolitan? I've searched a lot and can't find any YT videos or step by step instructions on how to best support the scooter, deal with the spring, etc. Thanks for any advice you can share.

 

no one is answering so i will try. use something like a ratchet strap and hang it from the ceiling of a garage or a tree. which ever way the stand has less spring tension, grab the end of the spring with a vice grip and pull it off. not 100% sure but that's what i would try.
