What do you think about a Honda MD90 (Japan) in 2025?
And my thoughts:
✅ Pros
It’s a rare and vintage-style bike with character & appeal for someone into retro rides.
If in good condition (engine healthy, frame intact, parts still available) it can be a fun hobby ride, not just a commuter.
For easy city riding / “cruising” it can be sufficient, simple & light.
❗ Cons
Parts can be hard to find
Performance and convenience will lag modern bikes: engine, brakes, electronics may be outdated. If you use it daily or for long rides it might underperform.
Import, registration, maintenance overhead might be higher — especially in Vietnam if you’re importing or checking legality.
Age brings risk of wear: rust, engine weakness, electrical issues may rise.
I live in Vietnam.
