Just remember the squeaky wheel gets the oil. There is a fault with the radio and they know there is, so be persistent and don't listen to the dealership, they rarely go out of their way to help customers who don't use them on a regular basis, I know, I have been working at one for 25 years. I see people get things repaired after the warranty is up all the time, Honda wants their customers to be happy and buy another Honda, so be persistent!! Honda will give you a case # and then the dealership will have no choice but to help you. Let me know what happens.
