Caliper mounting bracket bolt is 80 ft-lb or 108 Nm
Caliper mounting guide pins/bolt 25ft-lb or 34 Nm Front
17ft-lb or 23 Nm Rear
Information out of Haynes manual
I usually make it as tight as I can without feeling like it will be too tight
You can use blue loc-tite if you want to make sure it won't come out
However, the next time you need to remove those bolts, it will be very difficult
