Default 2018 honda crv lx awd making weird horn sound after using a/c and turning off engine.

2018 Honda CRV LX AWD making horn sound only after using A/C and turning off the engine, my honda dealer said there is a hole in the radiator and its causing this sound, but i do not see any coolant leaking, engine over heating and coolant level is stable. My a/c works fine and dealer claims that a/c compressor is working fine and wants to charge me $1430 for replacing radiator. I feel like replacing radiator will not resolve the issue. Please help me find the issue!! **Before that horn sound there is high pitch sound then horn sound occurs for about 8 seconds. **

You are not even moving? It's not an airflow issue. It's electrical. I'd look at at with a scan tool and see if you can find where the computer is doing something.

Hi, were you able to pinpoint the source of this sound? I have the exact same problem. I think it could be the A/C expansion valve, but I'm not sure. Could you kindly give an update?

Unfortunately not yet.
I just drive it hoping nothing will break.
But, I do believe its either expansion valve or ac evaporator.
I am currently just too broke to try anything.
Please let me know if you fix the problem.
