Default 2018 Honda pilot radio does not display when cold

Any assistance is appreciated. My wife has a 2018 Honda pilot, that she has had since it’s been new. The radio does not power up when it is cold outside— when it is first turned on. But if you shut the car off, and turn it back on—the radio will come on. We have taken it to the dealership four times. Two out of the four times they have replaced the radio. But I believe that it could be a relay problem. I believe that there is two voltage potential’s going to the radio. One controls the white lights on the radio display (power on volume control.etc….) And then another voltage that actually powers off the screen and the rest of the radio???? I don’t know for sure, so correct me if I’m wrong.

I have tried finding a wiring schematic online, but have been unable to locate one. If someone is able to assist with the wiring schematic or with ideas what could be wrong? Please let me know. The key part about this problem. Is that it only does it in the cold. For instance, last night I forgot to close the garage door up here in North Dakota. This morning, the radio did not turn on the first time. But as soon as I shut the car down and turned it on again. Everything worked.

this never happens in the summer
