Cold start engine noise

My 06 pilot is making a grinding noise when starting in cold weather. It goes away after it us warmed up(3-5 minutes) does it with the A/C compressor on or off.. not a fan noise either.

Would try taking serpentine belt off and turning accessory pulley to see if one of them is going bad
