Default Dead 2019 Insight

I haven’t driven my 2019 Insight for about two months. Checking it about once a week. The main battery has been holding its charge But today it’s totally dead, had to unlock it manually. Jump started it but it died again as soon as I disconnected the jumper cables. Can anybody tell me what’s going on and what to do about it?

Usually, it means the alternator is not providing power to run engine and also not enough to charge battery. Need to check battery and alternator. Replace as needed.

Welcome to the forum. Due to your car is under Honda’s factory warranty. I would suggest you call your local dealership service department to get advice. Do not touch or do anything to your car. You don’t want to loose the factory warranty.
