Default Engine ticking sound?

First time Hondaforum user. I just got a 2004 Honda Pilot and I recently started noticing a bit of a ticking noise. It is a bit of a lower pitch, and seems to go away or is hardly audible at higher rpms. I only really hear it when idling or driving sub 15/20 km/h. If I can, I’ll post a video when I get a chance.

The last owner brought it to the dealership yearly for maintenance, and it is in excellent condition. Thoughts?

UPDATE:
So I tested the sound a little bit and it sounds more present than I remember. I'm not much of a car guy so I'm not sure if revving the engine like this was safe with the sound, or if it helps. I went up to about 2,500/3000 RPM in the video and then slowly brought it back down. I forgot to mention, but I just had two mechanics look at it for other reasons (pre-purchase inspection and rear spring coil replacement) and they never mentioned anything.
